As part of the project "Continuous professional training of emergency medicine workers", from 4 to 7 November 2022, the EP5 training programme exercise was held in Crikvenica for nurses in emergency departments.

Led by Senka Kajačić, a team of national instructors introduced the participants to new knowledge and skills through practical work and simulation of the actual situations and conditions in the emergency departments. The exercise gathered 30 professionals from the general hospitals of Bjelovar, Karlovac, Ogulin, Pula, Sisak, Varaždin and Zabok and Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka.

The project "Continuing professional training of emergency medicine workers" is co-financed by resources from the European Social Fund and implemented by the Croatian Institute of Emergency Medicine to maintain and improve the knowledge and skills of emergency medicine workers.
